EMPANELMENT OF PRINTERS
from well-established and reputed offset printing presses having
following infrastructure:-
1. In-house processing facility
2. In-house plate making
3. In-house binding arrangement
4. Power backup at least 75 KVA
5. 200 sq. meter minimum storage space
6. Should have following offset printing machines.
i) Single colour machine of size 23”x36” / 25”x38” – 2 nos.
The printers will be required to undertake various kinds of quality publications with paper supplied by the University depending upon the job requirement for printing as per specifications
prescribed by the University.
Empanelment of printers is subject to the acceptance of the approved IGNOU schedule of rates for offset printing and laiddown terms and conditions for empanelment which are available on website or copy of same may be obtained alongwith application form from MPDD. Only those Firms may apply which
accept existing rates and terms and conditions of IGNOU. As all the jobs are to be done at Delhi, the empanelled printers must be located in Delhi and Districts touching Delhi.
Interested and eligible offset printers can obtain the application forms for empanelment from the office of the Registrar,
MPDD, Indira Gandhi National Open University, Maidan Garhi,
New Delhi-110068 or can also download it from the website
www.ignou.ac.in. The request for empanelment may be
accompanied by a Demand Draft of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One
Thousand only) in favour of IGNOU, New Delhi, towards
inspection and processing charges.
IGNOU reserves the right to accept or reject any application form for empanelment without assigning any reason and, if need be, to consider applications received after due date of
submission.
The duly filled-in application forms may be submitted to the office of Registrar, MPDD latest by 12.6.2013.
