hbse has started the online registration for reappear examination sep.2013
dates and fees are like that
last date for fill the form is 17/0812013
after that with 100/- late fee till - 24/08/2013
even than with 300/- late fee till - 31/08/2013
till 07/09/2013 will be charged 1000/- of late fee.
